The K-LOVE Program Director, based out of our headquarters in Rocklin, CA, is responsible for various duties from developing and improving programming, managing music direction, overseeing promotions, providing direction for production needs of K-LOVE imaging and station representation at community events and concerts as needed, and completing on air shifts or voice tracking as needed. This is a generalist position with the programming department fulfilling a variety of roles and responsibilities.

The Philanthropy & Systems Coordinator serves as the right hand for the VP of Philanthropy assisting with donor portfolio management, coordination of various department objectives and activities, first point of contact for department questions and systems troubleshooting, and day to day support and administrative management during VPs absence and travel schedule. This position provides professional service to donors, answering questions in the absence of the VP; resolves staff questions and technical concerns; and manages behind the scenes administrative functions related to the VPs schedule, travel and meeting coordination, and day to day task completion.
