One last tip for heart month. Probably the single biggest problem for your heart is SATURATED FAT. This basically means fat from an animal - most of us get saturated fats from the grease and oil in fast food. However a study published in JAMA (the Journal of the American Medical Association) found that protein and UNsaturated fats can positively affect blood pressure and may reduce the risk of heart disease. For you that means eat white meat chicken - which is a very lean protein - instead of beef and use olive oil - the best unsaturated fat.

I am so sad about the loss of Sea World trainer named Dawn Brancheau, who was killed by a Killer Whale.  I had met her a number of years ago at Sea World in Orlando. 

Her passing was such a shock, and a reminder to each of us to just how fragile life can be.  It should be a reminder to all of us just how important it is to reach out and share Christ with our friends and family members.

We loved seeing Evan Lysecek win gold medal in the Olympics last night! It was the first gold for the USA in men's figure skating since 1988! Favorite moment? Mama crying during the medal ceremony! What a proud moment for her! What is your favorite "proud parent" moment?
