Here's what we're looking for...

• Master’s degree or higher in the field or a related area; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in statistical analysis and utilizing data analysis tools
• Strong computer skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft SQL Server database services, integration services, analysis services and reporting services, SharePoint, PerformancePoint, Power View, Tableau, Hadoop, R.

Regional Audio Producer

Our Creative Services team is currently looking for a Regional Audio Producer to assist the ministry by creating audio production and writing copy for both internal and external use. Our Audio Producers work on full cycle production projects that include everything from idea origination, project planning, copywriting, and audio (voicing and/or working with voice talent).

What do you need to qualify for this position?

• Minimum of 5 years of digital multi-track audio production experience (Preferably within the radio industry.)
• Full cycle production experience to include concept origination & planning, copywriting, voicing (or working with voice talent) and production.
• Hands on experience using Pro Tools, Filemaker, Scott Studios, and other software programs as required.
• Demonstrated ability to create and produce high quality audio content.
• Local and/or national voice work experience helpful, with a network quality sound.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to keep pace in an ever-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and value others; communicate effectively; focus on the listener; and collaborate with others.

Regional Representative - Chicago, IL

We currently have an immediate opening for an experienced, major donor development professional for our Chicago region!

This position is responsible for managing a list of current major donors within the Chicagoland area.  Our Regional Representatives (RRs) are expected to minister to the needs of the donors and identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward these ministry partners. The RR will also be cultivating their contact list and network outside of their given lists to develop new & potential donor partners.

Qualified candidates will have the following experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 solid years of major gift fundraising (development experience with an evangelical non-profit a plus)
• High energy development professional with a proven track record of building donor relationships and closing gifts
• Demonstrated ability to understand the needs and interests of major gift donors in order to develop relationships between them and EMF
• Demonstrated and sincere interest in all aspects of EMF’s ministry and a dedication to promoting the fundraising priorities through developing excellent relationships with others throughout the organization
• Successful experience in developing in depth cultivation and solicitation strategies
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently

Software Developer

We want that next person to have ...

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer; 3 years experience as a team lead preferred.
• Experience with software development life cycles and the knowledge of which SDLC to use depending on the type of project, e.g. web redesign versus back-end custom development effort.
• Strong technical analysis and development experience writing .NET applications using Visual Studio 2010, C#, LINQ, ADO.NET, WPF/WCF Web Services in a SQL Server 2005 & 2008 database environment.
• An intimate knowledge of ASP. net, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Web Services, AJAX, JavaScript, Silverlight , HTML5, JSON, XML based web services and CSS. 
• Experience developing in SQL server environments, including data modeling, creating stored procedures, and assisting DBA resources with new database script development.
• Significant experience in e-commerce or Internet related technology a plus.
• Proficiency in developing technical design documents, deploying consistent coding conventions and performing thorough testing.
• Ability to communicate technical recommendations through meetings and knowledge-sharing presentations. Excellent communication skills and good problem solving capabilities are required. You'll be assisting junior developers and leading projects (including web-based apps), so you'll need to be able to multitask and operate in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with TFS, SharePoint, and SSRS, including creation/design (table, matrix & chart controls) and building of the accompanying back-end data source is a plus.
