This role wears a couple of
hats. The hat that you’ll be wearing
most of the time is the Data Analyst
hat. That involves querying
databases, analyzing the results and finding answers to some of our more
challenging questions, then reporting it in a way that is useful to our execs. You’ll use the most advanced analytical tools
& your naturally inquisitive mind to provide practical insight.
The other hat that you’ll be
wearing is the Consumer Market Research hat.
With this hat on, you’ll be designing & executing consumer research initiatives
to find out what our listeners want and need, analyzing the data, and making
recommendations based on findings. Knowing what our listeners/donors want &
need is critical in providing them with better service & product
offerings. It also allows us to be
better stewards of our donor’s dollars.
This is a senior level position,
so we’re looking for someone with at least 10 years of data analysis or market

Our Events Team Representatives (ETR's) are responsible for promoting & positively representing K-LOVE and Air1 within their territory. Our ETR's develop strong relationships & "presence" within their local communities to increase ministry visibility and brand recognition, resulting in increased listeners.
A day in the life.......
OK there's not a typical day in the life of an ETR, however it could look something like...wake up and thank God for this day and the opportunities to change lives. You might need a cup of coffee for that, so go ahead, enjoy. Jump in your car and turn on K-LOVE or Air1! Now your ready to hit the ground running. Say "good morning" to your fellow co-workers, head straight to a strategy meeting with your team, then make calls, connect with community and church leaders or event directors to discuss partnerships. You might take a 10 minute break and pray for our listeners who have sent in prayer requests. Take time to coordinate and check details for your next event, write copy, use social media to announce a listener contest. Lunch time already? Go re-fuel, cause your going to need it for your afternoon promotion downtown. Jump in the K-LOVE or Air1 car and meet your volunteers to spread the word and the music. Fast forward a few hours, wow, that was amazing! It's late, you're physically tired, but there's an energy buzzing inside of you from all those incredible listener stories! You know you're making an impact. Today was a blessed day and on your way home you can't wait to do it all over again tomorrow.

Our Field Engineers have the huge responsibility of making sure that our transmitters stay on air & are sounding good. Without this team of amazing techies, we would not be able to reach the millions of listeners that rely on K-LOVE and Air1 for their daily dose of encouragement.
Our Field Engineers brave the elements and travel to remote locations within their region to repair transmitters or other broadcast equipment, install satellite dishes, update firmware and whatever else needs to be done to keep our sites functioning well. Our Field Engineers are the first line of defense when maintaining our radio networks. They make sure that we are on-air and transmitting at the best possible quality. We have a huge responsibility to our listeners, broadcasting 24/7, 365 days/year, and our Field Engineers do not take this responsibility lightly. In addition to maintaining our existing signals, they are also involved with some pretty cool signal expansion projects!
This position is a part of a National Engineering Team that has been blessed with technical resources unequal to many broadcasting companies in our country!
This position is responsible for the Central Region.
Field Engineer II
position is a mid-level broadcast engineering position that provides technical and engineering support to a variety of broadcast facilities in our Central Region, ensuring EMF programming is broadcast successfully and to the highest level of quality. The work performed takes place in a range of locations and work situations.

the ministry, our Lead Events Team Representatives (LETR) are the face of the ministry. THEY
are the people that you see at the K-LOVE & Air1 booth when you go to large
community events, concerts or festivals. An LETR
for K-LOVE/Air1 has Passion for our mission "Create
compelling media that inspires and encourages our listeners to have a
meaningful relationship with Christ." In other words, it's not about us, and it’s
all about our listeners and Him.
the Lead for Miami, you bring energy,
insight and ownership to the team delivering short term marketing objectives
while continuing to build and innovate towards our strategic long term goals. You
should possess a unique blend of big picture vision, creativity, and project
management skills to ensure our goals become reality.
You will serve as a coach &
mentor to Events Team Representatives in the area of promotional strategies,
planning, techniques and best practices and will activate the market by
building relationships with community leaders, engaging listeners, creating
social media campaigns, and exposing the radio station to people who have never
heard K-LOVE and Air1. You will collaborate with our creative, philanthropy and
business development departments as you deepen our listeners’ experience
through service opportunities, ministry outreach, events and concerts. This
position is based out of our South Florida office.
Hours: These are NOT your
typical hours, weekends, evenings and holidays are the norm, not the exception.

Our Network Operations Center (NOC) Operators have the huge responsibility of monitoring the operations of EMF's radio networks, including controlling transmitters and maintaining transmitter logs, and taking corrective action to resolve issues or report problems for corrective action.

Have you ever thought that it be cool to work with satellite technology? Well there is a group of folks here at K-LOVE & Air1 that is breaking new ground in radio-industry software. This team designs & creates interfaces that allow us to access and control satellite system functions. Pretty cool huh?
They are currently looking for a seasoned Programmer II to join their team. This involves designing, developing, testing, implementing, and monitoring software interfaces between satellite equipment and our internal systems.
This is a full time, on-site position, that can be based out of either our Indianapolis, IN studios or our Rocklin, CA headquarters.

Our Revenue Accounting Manager is responsible
for preparing and maintaining various financial reports and documents, as well
as reconciliations. In addition you will oversee the Donation Processing Center
(DPC) group, a subgroup of the Finance department, ensuring the staff receives
training and development opportunities, providing project workflow oversight,
while instilling a fun and productive environment. In addition, this position is responsible for
data integrity, efficacy and implementation of appropriate technical solutions.
