Merry Christmas

'there must be more to Christmas, I really think we're missing something, there must be more to Christmas, my favorite time of year.'  Maturity is coming to the point of enjoying the meaning of C. rather than what you get. the lights: Jesus came to be the light of the world; the evergreen trees: he has loved us with everlasting love; the gifts: the magi's gifts for the ChristChild. I had this conversation with my 9 yr old daughter and she's beginning to get it: the C. letdown is like driving a new car off the lot, it loses value and the new owner begins looking for the next thrill.
Jesus is the only One who satisfies our souls!

I love you both, and missed Kelli last week Scott is a lot more emotional with out you there. You bring a smile to me each day as I listen to you at work. God Richly Bless you both in this next year.
