Toby Mac …Me Without You…
It’s a song about how life is different when you don’t know God or
don’t have a relationship with Him.
When you don’t…TobyMac sang…
"Where would I be without you?
I'd be packing my bags when I need to stay
I'd be chasin every breeze that blows my way
I've been building my kingdom just to watch it fade away"
It’s True
That’s Me without You
Been there. Done that. Without God, I’d be depressed, alone, and
letting my so called limitations stop me from serving Him.
With God, I can not let my limitations stop me, in fact, I can allow
God to use them to make a difference.
I don’t know about you, but it’s a constant process for me to believe
and trust that God can do the things the bible says He can do.
I’ve am working really hard at not dwelling on my past mistakes, and
not worrying so much about my future for myself and my kids. I am
trying to just enjoy the day that he’s given me. I don’t want to be
sad about what I don’t have, but make the best out of what I do have
now.
29-32"What I'm trying to do here is get you to relax, not be so
preoccupied with getting so you can respond to God's giving. People
who don't know God and the way he works fuss over these things, but
you know both God and how he works. Steep yourself in God-reality,
God-initiative, God-provisions. You'll find all your everyday human
concerns will be met. Don't be afraid of missing out… The Father wants
to give you the very kingdom itself.
Luke 12:29-32
The Message
You’ve probably heard it a thousand times."
“if it looks to good to be true, it probably is.”
But, yet God’s promises are true. Even though they seem beyond all capability.
I don’t know about you, but sometimes I doubt. The bible says all
things are possible through Christ, but healing…can he really do that?
Yes. Here’s proof
Last night I saw an interview with Andy Copeland. He’s the dad of
that young woman from Georgia who got that flesh eating bacteria.
She was in a coma. She lost her hands, a chunk of her abdomen, a
foot, and a leg. But, she has survived because her Dad has been
praying.
In the interview he said, “We’re thankful everyday for the miracle of
her recovery. We can only say we’ve been blessed by God.”
The doctors said her chance of survival was 1%.
