Fear is a debilitating disease.
My Dad always said, “You know what fear is Mandy? It’s False Evidence Appearing Real.”
I’ll never forget the day he said that to me. I had lost my confidence in myself and in my God. My Dad reminded me that I was worried about things that may not ever happen, and was assuming they already had.
I don’t think there’s anyone that truly lives life without fear. You can have it, but you can also not let it stop you from moving forward.
I heard recently that on the walls of Facebook there’s a sign that says, “What Would You do if You Weren’t Afraid?”
I posted it, here www.facebook.com/kloveamanda, and was amazed at your responses. I was expecting things like a career change, or skydiving, but also got a lot about love.
Jacqueline said, “let love in”
Nellie: “give love a chance.”
Robin: Love with all I have and know. Believe in unconditional love between two within a relationship. Marry again without worrying about others' judgements or feelings. Believe that without a doubt, the marriage would last forever.
It says in the bible, ”Peace to men on whom his favor rests.” If you know you have God’s favor, upon you, applied to everything you touch, what would you do?
Could you forgive? Could you love others no matter what the cost?
That’s what He did.
“For God loved the world so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal
life. –John 3:16
