Picture of Redemption

Love the lyric from TobyMac's song, "Get Back Up." "You may be knocked down, but not out forever!"

A great example of that last night came with Jordyn Weiber, the American Gymnast who lost out on her dream to compete in the Olympic All Around Competition. She was knocked down.

Two days later she get's back up, puts on a smile, and does her best to win Team Gold for the US Gymnasts.

Redemption! What's your story of being knocked down, but not out forever?

I left the Air Force after 16 1/2 years, couldn't find a job for over a year, but instead of despair, I wrote and published a book about positive perspective...Love God and Life and all the rest doesn't seem so bad!

Amanda, I just wanted to comment on Jordyn last night. At the beginning her smile just wasn't reaching her eyes but you could see by the end of the night her smile had reached her eyes. So much to be proud of. Karen
