Just warning you, if you’re wearing makeup, it’s going to be smeared all down your face.
Just happened to me when I saw this story about Maddy’s Dad.
He’s determined to live a healthier life so he stopped smoking, started exercising, and totally changed his lifestyle. He wanted to share that with his daughter, Maddy, but he can’t. She can’t walk.
She can’t talk. She basically functions as a 3 month old, but she’s 13. She has cerebral palsy
So when he competed in his first triathlon over the weekend, instead of leaving Maddy, his 13 year old daughter at home or on the sidelines.
He carried his daughter the whole way.
That’s what The Father does for all of us. When we can’t do it on our own, He carries us.
"My precious, precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you." -Footprints
