Hope is on the Horizon


The heartache, the questions, the fear that’s all over the news.  We could just turn it off.  Lots of the families have done that.  I get it.  I can’t.  I wish I could.  But, I need to be able to be here to provide comfort.

I don’t want to be blind with what is going, I just want to be hopeful in spite of it.  I’m so thankful today that I’m on a Christian radio station that can bring you hope and not dwell on the despair.  That’s my promise to you today.

There is hope.  There is Peace.

Saw this little note in the margin of my bible today;  I had written “Depression” then drew an arrow and wrote “focus on Philippians 4:7-8”

Perfect that’s what we all need right now.  So In spite of what you see and hear today, think on these things.

"And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.  Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."
