Tidal Wave

I wish I knew how

All my fears and all my questions

Are gonna play out

In a world I can't control

 Already There // Casting Crowns

It's a cry out to God most of us can relate to.  There are days I ask God to just show me how all this is going to  turn out so I can sleep at night.  Then I realize, I guess that's the lesson, trust.

Those lyrics stand out in a profound way today as it is the year anniversary of Pastor Saeed Abidini's imprisonment in Iran, just for believing in Jesus.

I'm surprised it’s already been a year.  I'm sure his family feels like it's been a decade.

If you could join me today, all of us could say a prayer with our family around the dinner table tonight for Pastor Saeed's release and for his family while they wait.

That’s the thing about prayer. It's like throwing a pebble in a pond. The bigger the pebble, the bigger the ripple effect.

I think we need a tidal wave.
