Swine Flu Guide for Parents

I've had TWO friends come down with the Swine Flu this past week!  Chances are you've heard of a case or two in your school, neighborhood, office, or church.  So let's review what we need to do to stay safe.  Here are some guidelines, courtesy of Parenting Magazine:

    WASH HANDS! If someone would ask me what I would do to prevent this flu, I would say to WASH HANDS! People don't how many germs they spread by not washing their hands before/after they do or handle certain things.

    I agree with Kimberly G., WASH HANDS!!
    Even though we have started homeschooling and the "school germs" aren't a major issue for us. We are still working on washing hands all the time. The reality is it only takes once to touch a door handle or other "public" surface and move it to your face. Should we be paranoid? No, because no matter what we do, our life span is in God's hands. But He did give us a brain to be smart and cautious!

    Haha, brought a smile to my face. Thanks for the tips i guess i have to quit picking my nose since thats part of my face. Just kidding. I work at a bank and i have a bottle of hand sanitizer. Purell and i are good friends now.
