The Marshmallow Test

The blonde boy is soooo funny! Poor thing...lol

That really put into perspective my temptations and how when placed right in front of you they are nearly impossible to overcome, without redirecting ones focus to God.

I absolutely agree with Stacy. I think this could be used as a very good life lesson for my three little boys who are a mere 2, 5, and 7. Sweet!

Aww that was cute. I loved watching the twins and the little blonde boy, he was sooo tempted but had such great willpower. Too cute!

Awww That was soo cute! As everyone else has mentioned! That was definitely something to think about. I think some of those children had more patience then I do sometimes! I expected more to eat it right away

I guess I need to teach my 2 year old a little bit more on resisting temptation. He is the cheerleader on my lap saying "eat it, eat it". LOL

That was soooo cute i guess kids can resist one marshmallow just to be rewarded with another dont know f i could do that !!!!!

That was kind of stressing watchin those poor babies being tortured with marshmallows...lol.  It was precious how some of them tried so hard.  What a cute test.  I hope they were awarded with bunches of marshmallows for making it through that test.  

As I was watching, I was thinking about how many times the Lord tells us to wait but in our own impatience we plunge on ahead.  Just think about how many more blessings we could get by waiting on Him.
