Meredith Andrews - Haiti

Finally, you heard of Meredith Andrews! Her last album (the Invitation) was awesome! I've mentioned her in the music survey several times! Will we get to hear her songs now? Just listen to the words & you know she has a passion for Jesus! So it doesn't surprise me of her ministry outreach!

I am so glad you had Meredith on this morning.  She has such a heart for people and for God.  It is evident in the life she lives.  What you heard this morning is exactly how Meredith is in person.  My family and I have been blessed by her and the worship team at our church for several years now.  And I know that the people in Haiti are blessed to have her there.  Prayers for the Haitian people, the missionaries, the volunteers and also for those that are waiting to hear from their loved ones.  May God surround them and hold them close in their time of need.  How my heart breaks for them.

Could you please post the daily things to do for the Couch poatoe to 5K so that I can do it with you?
I used to work out 5 days a week and made the mistake of stopping a couple of years ago and have not been able to get back in the habit.  I think this could be what I need.  I know I feel better when I excercise and I want to get back and lose at least 15 pounds.
