It makes me cry and think of my Granddaugther her Dad is in Koera he will have been there a year in June.  And her mom dad are divorced so that makes it a harder. And myself being and exwife of Navy man.  I rejoice with her and know how special that her Daddy came home to her and her mom. My prayers go out to the Men and Woman away and here with us that serve everyday to keeps us free.  And I celebrate my Vet I married a Navy man also so Military is very high up on my heart. God Bless them all and their families the moto for the Families is the toughest job is the one they leave at home.

As a sister of a Marine this makes me cry. We are planning a huge welcome home party for him right now. He will be flying in on Saturday and we haven't seen him for 13 months.

I love this video!  I could only imagine having the same reaction when I see my heavenly father, who gave his all for me.  Me running to him with tears flowing down my checks and him putting his loveing arms around me and holding me.  I will never want to let go. What a day that will be!

You are saying that there is no audio but I hear it all the way through straight from your site.  But if you still cannot hear it, you can just look it up on YouTube.

Awesome! I am so happy for this little girl.  It does make your heart well with the joy, pride and surprise of the homecoming.  Thank you to all the veterans past and present for your love, deditcation and service.  I was blessed to experience a homecoming for my son and those who came home with him from Iraq in July 2009. What an incredible experience! Again Thanks to all who serve.

I am the spouse of a deployed soldier who is due home early Dec.  I could read this little girls mind when she saw her daddy.  For most a deployment lasts 12 months.  So in that moment when you see your soldier for the first time on safe soil you think to yourself "Is this real? I can let go! I don't have to worry anymore if he /she will return to me."  All 365 days of missing, praying, loving, wondering.... is all released in that one moment of being reunited.  I just want to say a special thank you to all Veterans past, present and future as well as their families who sacrafice.

Having my wife and mother of my children deployed this really hit the heart strings.  This is a perfect example of everything that you feel when they come home.  I pray for the safe return of all of our military.  Love yall!

I have three sons. Two of the three are active military. My eldest became a Daddy on April 17 to twin boys and deployed for the fifth time on June 17. I long for him to return home and hold his boys.
The love in a child's eyes says it all.

Wow!  I didn't cry but I was close to doing so.  This is probably the reaction that we get when we see our heavenly father for the first time! ;)  Smile  Laughing

This video made me cry because I have a brother-in-law who travels all over the world and it really breaks my heart to know that that specific little girl had a dad in Iraq and that would really scare me if I knew that any of my sibilings are in Iraq.
