Scaling Everest is an amazing, death-defying feat ... how about doing it while guiding a blind man?! That's exactly what skier, climber and mountaineer Eric Alexander did when he guided Erik Weihenmayer to the summit of Everest - making Weihenmayer the first and only blind man to make it to the top of Everest!
Defying the odds and naysayers, Eric Alexander says that helping someone else achieve their dreams provided the motivation to complete the 2-and-a-half-month long climb. And in the process, he was able to achieve his dreams.
In addition to being a mountain climber, Eric tours the country as a motivational speaker (he also has upcoming appearance on the 700 Club on January 4) - For more on Eric, check out his site www.highersummits.com
