Morning Inspiration Luke 12:15

Then he said, "Beware! Guard against every kind of greed. Life is not measured by how much you own." Luke 12:15, NLT

I have noticed that I have been measuring others success by what they own. Thinking, "wow look at their house, I wonder what they do for a living?" When the ultimate truth is, if they don't have Christ then they are not a success but a failure… Not that there is anything wrong with having wealth, in fact I think it is perfectly fine to be wealthy as long as God is first in your finances.

Definitely true. That's why I don't get tired of encouraging my friends and leading them to Christ because I know, there's a part in their lives where in wealth takes over. Thank you for the inspiration! I'm so blessed!

By the way guys! I just listened for the first time today. It's evening right now here in the Philippines and I'm in the office right now. I was supposed to play my playlist in Windows Media Player but I got curious with the Media Guide, I clicked it and Internet Radio showed. Wow! Great! Your station is on the first list in Christian genres. And so I listened. So blessed! There's really no accidents. Laughing

Sometimes wealth gets in the way of people's eye sight and then they dont see life the same way.

I about lost my husband. He was in a coma for a month and almost died daily for 3 or 4 days. The thing I learned is the sence of peace that came when they told me to go in and say good bye, is that I had nothing to say. We told each other every day we I love you, didn't have to say I was sorry for anything, did'nt need to tell him anything important because we said those things EVERYDAY!
I also learned what it was to praise though trials. Seems like the least likly thing to do but I tell you until you do it you will never know what praise will do. God tells Satin see we really love each other.
In the coma God told my husband things about love and how far the east is from the west. He ministers in a whole new way now.

Almost loosing your spouce can have very good and powerful things. We are so greatful to God for every minute we have with each other now. And huge family dynamic things went on too. We could write a book! He was 180 lbs came out 137 I lost 10 lbs too though I wouldn't recomend it for a weight loss program. (would have been real mad if he weighed less than me!)
God dosen't let us go though ANYTHING with out a plan to bless us with growth and BIG BIG things of the Spirit.
