Special Guest Tenth Avenue North

I seen Tenth Avenue North @ the Rock & Worship roadshow in Fresno, California March of 2012. I was absolutely blown away by Lead Singer Mike Donehey! He came out into the audience and just poured his heart out with his "Testimony" about their song, "Love is Here" and it has since been one of my favorite songs!I grew up LDS (Mormon) and hearing "Come to the Father, you who work and you'll work no more.And all you who labor in vain, and to the broken and shamed:Love is here!" I see so many of my family and friends "Laboring in Vain" as to trying to work out their own salvation! I am a new believer as of "July 15, 2010" and music like this just confirms my decision that "His Love" is based on a Relationship, not a "RELIGION!" Thank you Mike Donehey..."TENTH AVENUE NORTH!"

The song "Losing"  took my issue with forgiveness and put it to music.  I honestly felt like when I forgave others that hurt me, I was losing.  I thought there was no payment to the person who hurt me and they would continue to hurt others not realizing the damage that was done.  I see now that even the offender needs Grace.  When I forgive, I am a WINNER, God's grace wins, and the Kingdom wins!  I too have been the offender and I won when forgiveness was extended to me.  I love TENTH AVENUE NORTH for stepping out on faith with this song!  Thank you for taking how my heart felt and putting it to music, only you can do what you do, how you do.....and you do it soooooo well.  God Bless EVERYTHING YOU TOUCH!
