The Cross: Thomas à Kempis

In the Cross is salvation; in the Cross is life; in the Cross is protection against our enemies; in the Cross is infusion of heavenly sweetness; in the Cross is strength of mind; in the Cross is joy of spirit; in the Cross is excellence of virtue; in the Cross is perfection of holiness. There is no salvation of soul, nor hope of eternal life, save in the Cross.” — Thomas à Kempis

I Please ask for prayers for buyers for my art so I can increase my little $5 a month pledge! I am a senior, disabled artist, and now have a chance to put some of my art for sale in a local flea market. Due to several operations, pain and illness over the last several years I have been pretty home-bound. I listen to K-Love and am uplifted! Every day I want to pledge again, but cannot. If you could ask people to pray for sales for me, I would be able to pledge much more per month! God can work miracles.... He did because I am still here, even though at times, I asked Him to just let me die! I must be here for a reason. I want to help more.... Please pray for me! Thank you for all you do for me, for us and for the world! God Bless you All!

All I can say is “Thank you!”

Sometimes I feel so blessed
at the things you let me do,
overwhelming love just floods my soul,
and all I can say is “Thank you!”

When words seem to elude me,
when I'm grateful through and through,
I take a breath and with all my heart,
all I can say is “Thank you!”

After a good nights sleep,
or when some wish has finally come true,
or when an illness has improved,
all I can say is “Thank you!”
