Where Are the BEST Fireworks Displays???

Well, believe it or not St. George Utah has an awesome firework display at 10:00, however there are many activities going on all day. The celebration will be on Sat. this year.

We will celebrate the 4th of July with our son home on leave in Laurel, Montana. It has a huge fireworks display done by the volunteer fire dept and other activities during the day.

Billings, Mt....Harvest Church is hosting a carnival for the people of Billings and the surrounding areas,at Castlerock Park in the heights,starting at 4pm. Fireworks starts around 10pm. Come out for a day of FUN!!!!

I live in Aurora, IL (population 160,000) and this year our fireworks celebration will be tomorrow night (July 2nd). On the far west side of town (about a mile from where I live) one street is going to be blocked off and there will be a festival in the afternoon with food, games, music and other entertainment. Then the fireworks will start at dusk as usual.

We usually have an awesome fireworks display. This is the first year for the festival and also the first year that the fireworks are being held before the 4th. So I'm looking forward to it. This is a combined effort with the neighboring city (North Aurora. The 4th of July parade will still take place on Sunday.

Wamego, KS has an amazing fireworks show every 4th of July. This show is said to be one of the largest fireworks displays in the Midwest. The show starts at 10 PM at the Wamego Recreation Complex at HWY 24 & Balderson Blvd. Wamego also has events happening all day starting at 10 AM with PRAISE in the PARK, a city wide worship service, located at the Wamego City Park Train Depot.

First Assembly of God in Lafayette, Indiana is having a 4th of July celebration on July 3rd. It starts at 7:00pm with food, bounce houses and entertainment and, of course, fireworks! It was great last year.

Canonsburg, PA has the second largest 4th of July parade in PA.  It will be held on the 3rd this year.  It starts at 10:00 AM with activities all day long ending with sky divers and then fireworks at 9:45PM.  Chairs have lined the parade route starting earlier this week.

Pittsburgh will have Fireworks on the 4th.  

Charlie's Fireworks in Hillsboro, Kansas, is sponsoring the Forgiven Quartet, a southern gospel quartet followed by a fireworks display. Just stuff you can buy off the shelf. The men Trinity Mennonitte Church will be serve watermelon and Kruellers (sp). Small town - small stuff - but we have fun!

The best one is in Summitville, In. They have music to go with it and ground displays. It is huge. They were going to cut it out, but people began to raise money and saved the display this year.

If you live near Gilbert, Arizona, you can watch an incredible fireworks show at Central Christian Church (Germann Rd & Lindsay).  There's no admission fee.  Instead, the church is asking everyone to bring non-perishable food items to help the Arizona Hunger Campaign.  More info at www.CentralChristianEV.com.

Alexandria, LA....there are fireworks all over town, all weekend.  No shortage of things that go BOOM around here.

The best fireworks ever are in northern kentucky in the little town called califorina ky they have worked hard and done this forever theres no addmission but they will take donation to keep this going
