Annoying things at the grocery store: are you doing these things?

A list of the 20 most annoying things at the grocery story was recently published. Some of the things on the list: using those oversized "toy car" carts, running back for "one more item" and holding up the line, blocking the aisle with your cart and going through the express lane with too many items! I am guilty of texting while shopping, and I look up and see people staring at me obviously frustrated, and I blush, embarrassed.

How about those little kid carts that make the kids feel "grown up"?  I was 'brave' and let my 8 year old and 5 year old twins push those through the store today.  They were blocking the aisle, almost crashing into things and overall maybe to "excited"!  That's when you stop and remember they're only little once!

Same with me, while texting I don't pay attention to where i'm walking. So i run into stuff. and people. and lose track of everything, even the people i'm with. whoops. 'Smile

How about watermelon pyramids?  I once caused a watermelon avalanche.  As I picked mine out they all came tumblin’ down.  I jumped up and over the pile to keep them from ALL crashing to the floor!  I suspect the produce guy needed a change of pants to finish his shift.  Another lady put her head down and made a fast exit.  A third came up as I was still draped over the pile and she started to tell me, “You know, two years ago, I. . .”  Personalities really came out! I converted to eating grapes.
