Great garage sale finds!

There's a guy in Fresno, CA who bought some photos at a garage sale years ago only to find out that they are worth 200 million dollars! What's your best garage sale find?

My wife - who passed away in Dec '08 with breast cancer was the best garage sale negotiator. A frined from church had offered her a $28 Pampered Chef juice pitcher. My wife said "no way am I going to spend $28 on that". That weekend some poor husband offered his wife's pitcher to my wife for $1....but my wife talked him down to 50 cents!
I won't part with that for anything!

I bought a ring at a jewelry store and the salesman told me it was $80.  I paid for the ring and had it sized.  When I picked up the ring, they told me that the salesman was incorrect about the price...it was a $650 ring.  Luckily I didn't have to pay the difference.

I bought a dyson vacuum cleaner for $30 ! It was worth around  $500!!

I have a sister-n-law buy a suitcase for $3 and when she got home and was looking it over she found an envelope with $800 in it! She, being the good hearted honest lady she is.. Returned the $ and the lady said it was from a forgotten trip to Vegas. So, she didn't get ronkeep the extra.. But it was thrilling for the moment.. And she kept a clear conscience thru it all. ;)

A friend of mine bought a set of golf clubs for his wife at a garage sale for $15. Took them home and while cleaning them to present to her, found a total of $35.15 in the pockets of the golf bag!
