Nutritionist Christine Avanti talks about the "80/20" rule

Our guest, Christine Avanti is a celebrity chef and nutritionist and author of the book "Skinny Chicks Don't Eat Salads" (www.christineavanti.com). Today, she explained the 80/20 rule in eating. Trust us, it's a great rule! She recommends eating healthy foods 80% of the time and cupcakes, donuts, etc. 20% of the time for a good balance in life. Everything in moderation!
