I remember that family "kids" car. It was dubbed "The Eggmobile". By the time it got down to me (4th of 4) I only knew it by it's name so I don't even know what the make and model was.  OK so here's how it got it's name.  My mother used to work for the corporate office of Perdue Chicken here in Salisbury MD as the switchboard operator.  They had an egg division and employees could get cartons of eggs in multiples of 24.  She was driving home with 48 of those bad boys on the floor of the back seat.  Unfortunately,  someone cut her off so she had to come to a quick stop. Well the rest is history.  It took months for us to dispell the nasty rotten broken egg smell from the car.
