Hey Scott, boiling eggs is easy-peasy! Put egg in pan on stove, enough water to cover. Bring to boil. Put on lid, *remove from heat* wait 10 minutes -- voila! AND, sprinkle a little baking soda in the water as you rinse off the egg and it will slip right out of its shell. Deviled eggs for Labor Day picnic, yum!
