Intensive course for personal growth in conflict resolution, communication, emotional bonding, healthy assertiveness & anger management.Separate men’s and women’s classes. Life Skills provides tools to break past patterns and change struggling relationships, family dysfunction or career problems. Get the tools to build a new foundation on which to base healthy relations, with others, God, & yourself. Sliding scale fee,30 weeks. San Jose or Morgan Hill. Must be preregistered.
