    Underwriting Support Specialist

Our Underwriting Support Specialist will support our Business Underwriting Team. This is no small feat! You will be supporting a team of 10 Regional Account Managers, in 4 different time zones across the country. You’ll be helping them with order fulfillment & client support, and pro-actively anticipating their needs. Each one of our RAMs will have different requests with different deadlines. It will be up to you to assist them, so that they can work with more partners, and in a bigger capacity. This is super important, because what our team does is generate resources for critical projects that we are not able to spend donor dollars on.

If you’re the type of person who thrives in a fast paced (but not frantic) environment where every day is different. If you have a sincere desire to serve & help others. If you’re the type of person who is typically the “go to guy/gal”, this might be the position for you!

This position is based at our headquarters in Rocklin, CA.

    Our ideal candidate will….

    • Have prior experience supporting a sales, broadcast underwriting or marketing team in an administrative capacity. Any knowledge of radio sales/underwriting would be a plus!
    • Be technically savvy – with experience creating Excel reports, word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and experience using Contact Management Systems (CMS). The ability to quickly learn new systems is critical.
    • Thirve in a fast paced environment, where there are competing urgent priorities.
    • Have great communication skills and be able to communicate with business partners, internal team members & other departments in a way that is professional & friendly.
    • Be proactive and a problem solver, who can handle it all with grace and diplomacy.
