Story:
I want you to know how God used Teen Challenge in the life of my family. Our daughter was deeply into drugs and alcohol and the lifestyle that goes with it for many years. I knew that if she could just go to Teen Challenge, God would work in her life. Instead she chose all the other rehabs that don't deal with the spiritual issues. To make a long story short, it came to the point that if God didn't step in, she was going to die at 22 years old. Well, God did step in! He used a saved convict from prison to literally save her life on more than one occasion. God used him to convince her to get help. That's when we started seeing miracles (God had been working all along). She willingly went into Teen Challenge on April 10 and the transformation has been incredible! There is a saying that "if you take one tiny step toward God, He will come running to help you". How true that is. She has a long way to go to deal with the emotional issues that caused her to drink and do drugs, but everyday she is falling in love with Jesus more and more! So, from a mother who is eternally grateful for Teen Challenge, please let people know no situation is hopeless! No matter how it looks. God bless Teen Challenge and all of its staff and supporters.
