I was listening to KLOVE and Kirk Cameron was on talking about his new movie. As a teenager I was definitely a Kirk Cameron Fan...who wasn't? He was talking about how at the age of 17 he was trying to make right choices in his TV role with no adults really to guide him. Anyway, when I was a teenager there was some type of contest and you had to write something and send a picture of yourself in...I think you met Kirk if you won. Well I wanted to write why I should win the contest and I think I did write something to do with that but I distinctly remember writing that he should give his life to God and told him God was who he needed more than anything. I don't remember my exact words...I was 17. I also remember knowing just the fact that I wrote what I wrote would guarantee I would never win. It didn't matter, I prayed every day that Kirk would give his life to God and do something amazing with his career that would bring millions to God....I now know beyond a shadow of a doubt, at the age of 17, God called me to be a part of his amazing plan for Kirk!! I want everyone to know that God uses small people to make a big difference. God is good all the time, all the time God is good.
Thanks for this great story
