K-LOVE New Song Feature: "Your Love" Blessing Offor

Blessing Offor has quickly won the attention of listeners worldwide since competing on “The Voice” and then eventually signing a recording contract with a Christian label with the help of Chris Tomlin, who immediately recognized Offor’s extraordinary talent. Now, the soulful singer/songwriter continues his meteoric rise with “Your Love,” a groove-centric, mid-tempo pop jam from his 16-track debut collection, “My Tribe.”

I’ve been running ‘round the edges, building my own happy endings, but they couldn’t take the testing, they just fell right down. I’ve been tryna push the limits, been asking why I should live in them. Couldn’t find no good there in it till You showed me how,” Offor sings on the piano-led track before launching into the hook-filled chorus: “Keep me right there in the middle of Your love, Your love. Keep me right there in the middle of Your love. The stars’ll fall from the sky one day. When I’m lost, I’ll call Your name to keep me right there in the middle of Your love.”

“Your Love” is the latest in a series of fresh original offerings from the new artist. In addition to racking up a string of hits all his own, like “Brighter Days” and “Believe,” the buzz-worthy act has been a part of high-profile collaborations with TobyMac (“The Goodness”) and Benjamin William Hastings (“That’s The Thing About Praise”).

Showcasing his musical prowess, the newcomer performed throughout the 2023 K-LOVE Fan Awards Weekend, appearing at both the Kick-Off Concert and the televised award show, where he spotlighted his powerful anthem, “Brighter Days,” alongside two children from The Covenant School in his adopted hometown of Nashville, Tenn. He made his official Grand Ole Opry debut last October.

The blind Nigerian-born vocalist made his second trip to the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, on Aug. 1 for night one of the sold-out “K-LOVE Presents Live at Red Rocks.” Additionally, he’ll join Andrew Ripp and Rachael Lampa on the “Big Feelings Tour” this fall.
