Food for the Hungry (FH) is an organization helping the poor around the world while also reflecting the love of Jesus. FH is currently distributing food, plastic sheets for temporary shelter, hygiene kits, water purification kits and cooking items to communities in Haiti to mitigate further displacement and loss. Food for the Hungry is also creating "child friendly" spaces in these locations to help children deal with the trauma.

A: To give through K-LOVE to the Hope for Haiti campaign, you can only give via text messaging. This will be charged to the phone bill associated with the phone that does the texting. A: There will be no “snail mail” communication generated from your text donation. You will receive a text confirmation for your gift.

A: No, your giving will be recorded with Mobile Giving Foundation (MGF). To obtain a donation history report you can log on to http://www.hmgf.org/ and register with the website. There, you will be able to see all donations given for the year, given through MGF.

A: Each time you text (and confirm) a donation, $10 will be added to your phone bill. You can donate a maximum of $30 per month through text messaging. If you'd like to make a larger donation to Food for the Hungry, visit their website.
