Marcy Fry, Director of Elwood Economic and Community Development, was Sarah Shaver's guest. She discussed what businesses look for in an area when expanding or relocating, challenges facing Elwood, and great things going on in the community. Ms. Fry Elwood's location near several rail spurs and their friendly, welcoming population are highlights. They also discussed workforce development, advertising with social media, the importance of quality of life in attracting business and industry to an area, and working with government officials.
