Phil O'Bryan talks with Latrell Stokes with the Oktibbeha County Extension Service about the award winning 4H program in the county. We talk about all aspects of 4H including opportunities for the counties youth to excel in public speaking, livestock, robotics and more. We also talk about opportunities for youth to travel and compete both at home and in other states. We talk with three 4H youth, two volunteer 4H leaders and the President of the county advisory board as well.
