You hear it all the time, oh if only I could go back knowing what I know now.

Lots of proud parents snapping hundreds of pictures this weekend at graduations.  Lots of people giving advice.  Remembering that feeling of starting life after college.

Oh to have a clean slate in life again, I'd  be more excited and less fearful.  To look at life like a blank journal that I get to fill up with adventures.

Oh to be unwritten.

Talking to a friend about how her daughter is really nervous about graduating. the whole launching into the “real world” thing and having to stand on her own two feet for the first time.

What you would say to someone graduating?

I think I would go to Jeremiah 29:11.  "Oh the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you, not to harm you, and hope for your future.  That hope, is not a wishy washy thing, it’s a confident expectation of good things from God.

And when you start your new job, don’t get in the habit of going through the drive thru during your lunch hour, your metabolism is about to change!
