Music - Good For The Soul

New research in health & wellness is proving the music DOES increase your physical and mental health.

1. Cheerful music helps fight off depression. Heavy-metal music provided an outlet for anger.  Religious music strengthened faith.

2. Increases blood flow and has positive effects on cardiovascular health.

3. Reduces pain. Children who listen to music while getting an IV reported less pain and distress.  IV’s were easier to administer to patience who were listening to music.

4. Better newborn development.

5. Stronger mental capacity.  Effects emotional processing and higher levels of cognitive functioning.
