I was working when someone stole my can of soup. That wasn't as bad as they stole my good can opener too. They could have left it in the lunch kit because I never found another good opener after that.

I'm an ER nurse who doesn't always get an opportunity to eat lunch. Our hospital cafeteria isn't open for dinner so I had purchased a salad for lunch and left it in the employee fridge. When my shift was over I left the salad (cleraly marked with my name) intending to eat it the next day. However, when lunch came around and I, with great anticipation, opened the container I found that someone on the night shift had eaten what they liked( apparently they weren't keen on boiled eggs and green peppers) and placed the leftovers back in the fridge. My solution? Every time I leave something for the next day I write on the container "I spit in this, but help yourself". Gross, but effective!!!

I am a teacher and had my lunch stolen out of the teachers' lounge more than once. My solution was to take a bite out of my sandwich before placing it in the fridge. Never had it stolen again.

I love liquid flavored coffee creamer for my morning jolts of java. It turns out many others at work loved my coffee creamer too. Until I labeled it BREAST MILK.
