Groom and Bride in Converse shoes

Younger couples changing the way you say “I Do!” Wedding traditions that are not happening much anymore:

Not seeing each other until the ceremony

-many having alone time together right before the ceremony; some even taking pictures

Floor-length white dresses

-young brides are choosing colorful dresses that more match their style…also, you can save money this way

Veils

-brides are doing more flower crowns…some doing capes with hoods

Matching Bridesmaid dresses

-instead doing a color theme and people in the bridal party can pick something they will actually wear again

Bouquet Toss

-rather than throwing it away, you want to keep it as a souvenir

Diamonds for the engagement ring

-you want a ring/stone that reflects your personality and you don’t want to spend more than $2500

Inviting Everyone

-it’s too expensive and you’d rather have a more intimate ceremony

What wedding tradition do you love or you feel like should stick around??
