I have a milestone birthday coming up this next year and I am working on getting into better shape before then.  One of the excuses that I have used, far too often, is not having enough time, but I am learning that there are some really creative ways to squeeze in some exercise, even while you're at work.

If you carry around a water bottle like I do at work, you can get an in an arm workout! So grab your water bottle and before you know it, you'll be saying "welcome to the gun show"!
