ASK ME Fresno: Self Care and Support for ALS Caregivers

We are pleased to invite all caregivers to join this special session featuring Mark Terrelonge Jr., MD, MPH, Assistant Professor of Neurology and Associate Program Director of the UCSF Neurology Residency Program. Dr. Terrelonge will lead a meaningful discussion focused on: Empowering caregivers of individuals living with ALS through education, peer connection and self-reflection Providing practical, sustainable strategies for self-care within the realities of caregiving Increasing awareness of local and national support resources available to ALS caregivers Normalizing the emotional challenges of caregiving and helping to reduce feelings of isolation and burnout
