Felipe Aguilar speaks with Sarah Piano, Senior Director of Northern New Mexico, Big Brothers Big Sisters Mountain Region (BBBSMR). Piano spoke about BBBSMR’s youth mentorship program and how the program provides guidance that helps kids navigate life. She explains the mentee to mentor matching process and the safeguards that ensure the safety of both.
