Phil O'Bryan talks with Mary Senger, Director of the Burleigh County Office of Emergency Management, about their role to protect local citizens. Senger addresses their response to weather events, fire and other emergencies. Senger also talks about how the Local Emergency Planning Committee plans for local events as well as their CERT Team or Citizens Emergency Response Team. Senger also encourages local citizens to sign up for Code Red where citizens will get notifications on their phone or email.
