Jack Church talks with Onyara Memminger-Rogers, Volunteer Recruitment and Training Manager for Richland County CASA in Columbia, SC. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates and is the only court advocacy program representing children removed from their homes for issues like death of a parent, abuse or neglect. Onyara says there is always a need for more CASAs and training and support are provided to volunteers from all walks of life from age 21+.
