CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) are volunteer advocates for children who have been removed from their home due to abuse and are now on the care of the state court system and foster care. They focus on raising funds, so these abused kids get the services that they need. Kennedy shares about how CASAs bring normalcy and well-being for children in foster care.
