Tanya Bohannon talks with Dan Varner, President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit, about the history of the organization. Varner shares how they are focusing on improving the quality of life for people with disabilities through employment and personal growth. Varner gives details on their Flip the Script program and how it’s making a difference in the lives of those re-entering society after being incarcerated. He also shares how the organization is addressing mental health issues by partnering with the A Place of Our Own Clubhouse organization.
