Phil O'Bryan talks with Stan Blaxton, Executive Director of Happy Hour Service Center about how they assist and train special needs adults in the community. They provide job skills training and then find local employment. They also provide housing for those who have no family. Blaxton also addresses services provided for businesses such as recycling.
