Jeanice Lee talks with Kris Wiley the Library Director of the Roseburg Public Library. The library opened in 2018 after the closure of the Douglas County Library system in 2017. Wiley states they have a collection of over 80,000 items and are always working on adding to their collection. There are many activities and events throughout the year for children, teens, youth, and adults including virtual programs. E-book, online catalogs and other resources are available online. Wiley says they have meeting rooms avail and volunteer opportunities. Unique to the library is the outdoor Friendship Garden. Learn more at (roseburgpubliclibrary.org)
