Jeanice Lee talks with Larry Nelson, President of the Sisters Garden Club in Sisters, OR. The Garden Club was established in 1988 as one of the largest east of the Cascades with a 25% membership being men. The Club meets the second Saturday of each month at the Sisters Community Church Fireside Room at 9:30am. Visitors are always welcome. “Quilts in the Garden Tour” is their largest annual and popular event which offers a festive day showcasing local gardens/homes amid colorful quilts.
