Felipe Aguilar speaks with Aileen Sanchez Gonzalez, Founder and Executive Director, of Uplift Literacy in Miami. Uplift Literacy provides English literacy education to Miami area children in underserved communities to help them improve their literacy skills. She utilizes her over 10-years of experience in education, primarily as a middle-school English teacher, to help children who are reading at below grade level.
