Dan Beck talks with Arlan Preblund, founder of We Don't Waste Denver. Preblund says up to 40% of food ends up as landfill waste and creates methane gas which can harm the environment. We Don't Waste Denver rescues tons of that food each month and donates it to local organizations to feed hungry people.
