Peter Kaye speaks with Catherine Pisacane of Suits and Smiles, which is designed to provide interview and work attire for men in need in greater Boston, Framingham, and Worcester. Pisacane emphasizes the importance of making that critical first impression with a prospective employer and acknowledges the challenges that men coming out of addiction centers or incarceration face. She and her volunteers happily remove that barrier by putting together that perfect professional outfit that boosts confidence and levels the playing field for men re-entering the workforce. Pisacane proudly shares many heart-warming stories that demonstrate the impact of the program.
